We provide support to empower startups and small-medium sized businesses. From simple accounting through to financial planning, business valuations and HR advisory. More importantly, everything we do is tailored to individual business’ and therefore more effective.

Zulfikar Rahman

Zulfikar has over 6 years of experience working in Audit, Advisory and Tax. Trained at KPMG, Zulfikar specialises in creating tailor-made solutions for business’ and helps create processes for organisations. Zulfikar is an expert in UK taxation and has comprehensive knowledge of both UK and Bangladesh regulations.

He has extensive experience in working in advisory services and particularly Corporate Finance providing Business Planning, Financial Modelling, Business Valuation and Due Diligence Services to several large corporate houses as well as StartUps in the country.

Rakibul Alam

Rakib has around 5 years of experience working in the BPO industry in Bangladesh. He specialises in outsourced accounting, financial reporting, company formation and secretarial services, taxation, payroll, internal audit services.

He also had an extensive role in helping businesses design and implement their accounting systems and internal controls, restructuring business processes and developing policies.

Leonika Hannan

Leonika heads the HR Advisory engagements of the firm. With over 13 years of experience in the field, Leonika is one of the most prominent HR professionals in Bangladesh.

Her experience ranges from local to multinational corporations. She is an expert at implementing HR processes, establishing core values and more importantly, fixing the culture or employee turnover issues within an organisation.
